All orders are processed and shipped from the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary due to order volume, item handling requirements, or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once an order has shipped, CÔTE NOIR MAISON is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

CÔTE NOIR MAISON is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure at the time of checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier directly.

RETURNS & FINAL SALE

Due to the nature of resale and the limited, one-of-a-kind inventory we offer, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all product descriptions, measurements, condition details, and images carefully prior to completing your purchase.

CONDITION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All items sold by CÔTE NOIR MAISON are pre-owned, vintage, or archival unless otherwise specified. Signs of wear consistent with age or prior use may be present and are considered part of the character of resale and vintage items.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the condition as described in the product listing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is significantly not as described or arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can review the issue.
