Côte Noir offers a curated mail-in consignment service for select luxury and designer items. We manage pricing, photography, marketing, and selling, so you don't have to handle listings, buyer messages, or fulfillment.

How It Works

Step 1: Apply Online
Submit your items through our Private Consignment Intake form with photos and details.

Step 2: Review & Approval
Our team reviews submissions within 24–72 hours.

Step 3: Ship Your Items
Approved items must be shipped securely with tracking and insurance.

Step 4: Authentication & Listing
Items are authenticated, professionally photographed, and listed at market-appropriate pricing.

Step 5: Sale & Fulfillment
We handle buyer communication, payment processing, and shipping.

Step 6: Payout
Consigners are paid within 7–10 business days after the item sells.

Storage & Liability Disclosure

Côte Noir takes reasonable care in handling all consigned items; however, items are consigned at the owner's risk. Côte Noir is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to fire, flood, theft, or other events beyond reasonable control. Consigners are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage.

Shipping Requirement

All mailed-in items must be shipped with tracking and insurance for the item's estimated resale value.
